On December 13, CEC organized a community meeting at Montecito Covenant Church to provide comprehensive information on options for rebuilding and the processes required. Attendees had access to architects, contractors, interior designers, and landscape designers. There also was an opportunity to learn about the permitting process for rebuilding from Santa Barbara City and County representatives. Sustainable options for rebuilding were a focus -- highlighting the energy and money homeowners can save by 'going green'.
